Teacher's Appreciation

First off -- my bad y'all-- This post is a bit delayed, you see, what had happened was...

Back in May, Pastor had this idea. How do we (the Community) pay it forward to teachers while school is still in season, how do we let them know that they are appreciated and we want them to smell the flowers now before the summer air catches. Ice cream.

Everyone loves ice cream and just for a little bit of time we allowed the worries of the day to melt off while they enjoy some sprinkles with a smile. Big BIG shout to the Scholardhip Committee for putting together this event and shoutout to NXT Gen for being hands on . A Big thank you to all of the teachers that came out to support as we support them.

Cherish our teahcers and educators for these are the people that tend to our future, TODAY.
